it is confirmed!! we are going to thailand this sunday!!! to wednesday!!!!!!!!!! MUAHAHAHA.
this goes to show that my intuition is often, if not always, right.
oooooooooooh i hope i see that cute waiter on the ship. that is, IF we go on the ship again. ok that sounds weird.
ANYWAY. hopefully that shop in chinatown which sells 10 earrings for 100 baht (S$4.00) is still there. can you imagine!? went to kovan today and saw 1 pair of earrings for S$1.00, but then i thought, "go thailand can get 1 pair at S$0.40."
heh heh heh. no matter how low the prices get in singapore, they still cannot beat thailand.
speaking of sales, i LOVE THE GREAT SINGAPORE SALE!! went to the great singapore sale website yesterday (www.greatsingaporesale.com.sg) & i tell you the prices are slashed like mad. the biggest sale i saw in the website is in the Ice Lemon Tee shops. 20--80% OFF!!!!!!!!!
arent sales great? they benefit both parties. the buyer gets his/her money worth, & if they're happy they most prob buy more & more. the merchant gets free advertising, bcos during sales there will have more customers in the shop, thus a higher possibility that they will spread the word that the shop is having a sale, therefore having FREE advertisements, & hence even MORE customers will be buying frm the shop. brilliant, eh? merchants can also grab the chance to sell of unwanted stock instead of having the fear that no one will buy.
i think accounts & geog is getting to my head.
oh yes. the chocs frm germany are DELICIOUS. selly & mrs john brought back some chocs. i like the ones with nuts. always have.
favourite chocolate--the ones with nuts, esp hazelnuts or pecans.
